RecommendedThey are currently hassle free since their lobby reopened. Another credit union employee tried to give me excuses for not using their lobby, when their drive-thru line was very long and I do not like burning gas in drive-thrus. I appreciate Central Willamette Credit Union even more!

I have always received excellent service from Central Willamette CU. While my home branch is the Corvallis one, I visit the Albany one frequently. Employees have been attentive, helpful, and professional every time. The only complaint I have is policy based, not personnel, and caused me to end up with an auto loan at another institution. I'd rather have it with my accounts. Would definitely recommend.
