Everyone is so friendly and helpful!
We've never not made our payments. We're late a few weeks and low and behold, they shut us off with warning. Seven small children at home. Could care less. We're getting solar. Stop letting these major corps rule our lives.
Extremely horrible customer service. Rude and argumentative, demeaning and not even remotely friendly. I wish I could give negative stars and switch to a different electric company. This place is the WORST.
WPS has 100% better service.
Start receiving at 07.30 am overnight parking also.
