can no longer recommend this clinic and recommend you go elsewhere for your own health and wellbeing. They charge a lot for every visit keep ready 100$ in the reception. They won’t even send invoices to the emails properly. Not a recommend able place. Wait times here are anywhere from 20 - 45 minutes on a good day, and you'll always be charged for a long appointment which is 140$ regardless of how long your appointment actually is. Very disappointing.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over 3 years, fully aware it is not a bulk billing practice. However, despite paying for services, the admin and communication have been consistently poor. Every time I request paperwork, I’m told my email was not received—even after resending it multiple times. This has happened too often to be a coincidence. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! I’ve had a couple of negative experiences here but the last one was ridiculous as they would not allow me to make an appointment (the receptionist said ever) either by Telehealth or in person & insisted I find another clinic as the dr will never see me when all I needed was my prescription repeats done, absolute refusal when I have been on these meds for years & with no consistency in reasons as to why!
