Completely opaque management. Who do we direct complaints to? Often closed or reduced hours with little or no notice. Other related facilities are completely closed to students.
Unfortunately what should be a place for bettering yourself has been corrupted. For example the staff of the climbing wall recently ban the use of chalk while climbing. For the average person this might not mean much but to explain via metaphor that would be like baning wheels on a bike. All this because of a disagreement with one climber.
