They treated me with much respect and kindness. The home sleep kit is easy to use. They let me keep it for a couple days longer than normal cuz I had transportation issues. I highly recommend them for sleep problems!
Showed up for my appointment early and sat waiting for over half an hour. Finally just got up and left.
Worst doctors office in town I been calling here for 3 weeks straight now to see when I my appointment is they never answer the phones and before that I had 2 sleep studies that they canceled because their machines were down this place needs new staffing and needs to answer their phones
Had the home test in December and worked with the CPAP machine for 3 months and was completely frustrated. With the lack of help from the clinic I stopped using it and sought help elsewhere. I did not think I had sleep apnea so I had another sleep study done by Multicare in hospital and the result showed I did not need CPAP or Inspire. I would encouage everyone to pursue another provider.
Called & asked if the practice is the same as or similar to Providence sleep medicine.the receptionist says "no we are central Washington sleep diagnostic".that isn't what I asked.so asked to speak to her supervisor,which was very quickly.asked her the same thing& was told the same thing by her.asked a second time.swme answer.after that I'm done.if they only know where they work,not the practice of the facility.they need educated.good luck with this place
