they will not send me my records very frustrating
They closed all their offices, didn’t tell me that was going to be a thing before I started as a patient and now I can’t get a PROPER sleep study in my area for 3 YEARS!!!!
Horrible and frustrating experience. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and had a very hard time adjusting to cpap. I had gone in for a follow up and told the nurse how I was frustrated. A different Dr. than who I usually see came in and put his hand on my shoulder and called me sweetheart then proceeded to over-talk not addressing any of my concerns. I gave up and returned the machine. The front desk and my original Dr. we very kind but I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. It's a good thing all of their locations... read more
This is probably the worst experience with a medical provider that I have ever had. After 5 visits at their Spokane location I finally received a prescription for a machine. After being set up with my machine by a medical equipment company and slowly trying to acclimate it became very apparent the pressures were set to high.
