I got to my appointment ahead of schedule, filled out all of their paperwork, and was left in an uncomfortable folding chair in a room for over thirty minutes. The woman I talked to lied to me about my insurance company requiring an in facility sleep study. They treated me with much respect and kindness. The home sleep kit is easy to use. They let me keep it for a couple days longer than normal cuz I had transportation issues. I highly recommend them for sleep problems!
