Terrible service. If you don't speak Spanish, they won't help you, and they don't want anyone to support you on the phone. They have to accompany you and stay overnight.
Doctor Haeger gives me excellent care!
friendly staff, but way over priced, nickel & dime ya to death. Even if a mask didn't work (within first week) was still charged full price for everything, plus the visit to try and get a different one. Had to switch to a more comfortable mask 3x and was charged full for visit to straighten out, and any different supplies needed. Yikes! Better off going thru a bonafide pulmonologist and an established supplier- not a private provider. At Norco a lady worked with me until we got the right supplies, and right fit.
