After installation of pump and sand filter air was present in system. The filter and pump have straight threads and require an O-ring seal. I have 30 years of installation and plumbing experience. I'm also a certified water treatment plant operator. The owner called me stupid over the phone and told me to be quiet after I explained the proper install procedure on straight thread plumbing.
