This place is not big on customer service you'll sit in the waiting room forever. Overpriced as hell I would not recommend this place unless you can afford being screwed over
I arrived on time for the appointment. I have been waiting for 2 hours.
My mother has dementia and she had to have a tooth pulled. Dr Olsen and his crew were amazing with her.
All of the staff here are very kind and friendly. Dr Olsen is very thorough and personable and let me know what to expect about my implant procedure. Marlo made sure I was comfortable and that I was aware of any wait time. Samantha was kind and helped go over my post op instructions. Everyone went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this office!
Worst experience with this place! No one will ever call you back, I never talked to the same person twice and was always told something diff by every person I did talk to. If you don’t call them over and over you won’t hear anything from anyone. I should have seen the red flag when I had to wait to see the Dr for 45 mins after seeing his MA for 30 mins.
