While Ray has done a fantastic job on my carpets over the years this last time every stain on my 6 year old carpet came back. My carpets were so wet they took 3 days to dry with industrial fans. When I tried to resolve it Mary would not let me speak to Ray blaming the stain return on my pad. I have a 6 yr. old vinyl scrim pad with moisture barrier. there is no way the stains went into it.
