I booked my appointment online knowing that I’m an existing ‘patient’ & I use the term loosely here, I’d prefer to use the term client as that’s how I’m remembered. I booked in for a skin cancer check, which Dr Tracy Pernell has conducted on me once before, I didn’t book the previous session (not Dr’s appointment), I booked it while I was in-rooms.
