The appointment made in late January 2014 for February 2014. My mother called to confirm and the time was wrong at 10:30am. My father was to be there a 7:30 pm. The failed to inform my mother that they are wakened early and to be picked up at 6:30 am the next day. With bad weather and having to drive 67 miles to do so my mother was up set, for she could have made arrangements to stay in Yakima that evening.
