From the first day I bought my nimble the confidence monitoring would start at 3 seconds and then gradually progress to 5 minutes. I called support numerous times. Finally I came to the conclusion it was the antiquated cable they sent me. After replacing the cable and buying a new laptop. The nimble's cable connection disconnected. The best company for all your dictation needs
What a fabulous company! We have digital dictation/transcription equipment and could not find a local service provider. By chance, we contacted Central Voice who quickly addressed all of our issues, including securing remote access for transcription of dictation. Their representatives were patient, very professional, and most helpful in our selection process and in the installation of the software on all of our devices. It is always a pleasure to find a company that provides great service along with a great attitude!
