Very helpful staff, they were dealing with a computer outage and were still able to process my rental when I needed it. I will definitely use this location again.

Easy equipment rental experience, will definitely return with future needs. I rented a small stump grinder, was well maintained and had fresh teeth. I ended up needing it for another day, easy five minute phone call and I had it for the next day.

Lexington location worker had not heard of customer service apparently. And then after the wedding we went to drop off the tables on Sunday afternoon and found that the location isn’t even open on the weekends! No arrangements to drop off anything on SAT/SUN. They could at least have a pad lock with a code to allow access to the storage area for drop off/returns. First time I've ever used them Christian gentleman running the store said if the scaffolding didn't line up with the scaffolding we had on site that he would give us a refund and he's a man of his word appreciate it
