Legal aid in Cville has become a joke. They don’t do anything for the public anymore unless you meet their “criteria” which they will not disclose. My friend who is under the poverty level and with children was turned away.
A very helpful good group of legal eagles who can help folks with limited to no financial resources like me with certain legal actions..but not all. See their website for more info.
