Good credit union, not very understanding though I had a great experience with this credit union before I left Virginia. They were friendly and helpful and willing to assist in any way. I would recommend them. However, once I left, I had a bad experience with their customer service after a friend defaulted on a loan I cosigned for. I would not get a loan through this bank.
