Office management is terrible. I've had a problem with billing that I reported August 2017. I took cancelled checks (as requested by the office manager) to show I paid a bill twice and as of today (11/15/2017) it hasn't been resolved. I called 11/14 and 11/15 to discuss the problem and not only couldn't speak to the office manager but never received a call back. I have been using CVFP Monelison for over 10 years and their recent move to work with Privia has only made things worse.

Doctor Elliot was very rude, walked away from me mid sentence and laughed in my face. Also failed to give me a pregnancy test before I started the depo birth control shot, then tried to force me to do one the next time I came in despite being dehydrated. Also would not let me leave and caused me to be late for work.

The comglomerate of CVFP is far reaching, and at first you may think it's good that they have 15 practices.... but really, they are much more focused on finances and the business aspect of building more and more than they are in giving you the personal patient care you deserve. The business office is unswerving and immovable in working with complaints and disputes. The physicians were wonderful when I first started with them years and years ago, but less so more recently. My whole family goes here from the baby, to the teenagers, to the adults. We always get excellent service and great medical care. We love it that the doctors take the time to explain things to us and why they make a diagnosis. We also love it that they don't just start prescribing, they are careful to be sure if it can be treated without meds that it will be and to only prescribe what is truly needed.
