Every year building gets more efficient and every year the power rate keeps going up. Just as bad as Dominion, y’all are killing us
A HORRIBLE utility company. Constant blackouts - it got to the point that I stopped resetting my electric clocks. Then when I tried to cancel, customer service told me to call at a different time because they couldn't help me. I was in the middle of a cross country move. When I called back a few days later, I was told they couldn't backdate my cancelation date. A manager was suppose to call me back but of course that never happened. Terrible service. Rude employees. If I had a choice in providers, CVEC would be my last choice.
**Look at all the 1 and 2 star reviews.** Positive reviews are from friends or family members. Management and HR only care about collecting a paycheck. Could care less about anyone but themselves. A infant can communicate better than the incompetent HR department and Managers. Winder how long until this great “cooperative” is sold?
Amazing people to work with. Power rarely goes out. If it does it's only out for couple hours.
