Extremely poor customer service - purchased a new Kia seltos one week ago - second day of purchase a complete electrical failure. They won’t replace the car or refund. Saying the parts they need are overseas and at best - three weeks away. I’m a drive school, I’ve had to cancel bookings and cannot make new bookings as don’t know when I’ll get the car. Omg I wish I had read all the poor reviews prior-no contact from Kia Bendigo or Kia care (except when I called then) definately would NOT recommend Kia to anyone👎

Had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun who made our 21' Carnival purchase the easiest sale I've ever completed. He was upfront from the get go, transparent with all the vehicle details and helped get a great deal for us. There's a couple of minor items with the car that were missed, but nothing that takes away from the overall purchase experience. It was a long drive from Melbourne, but we were in and out before we knew it and back on the road home. Highly recommended
Really grateful for the honesty. I had my car booked in for a service and was called to let me know it wasn’t actually needed yet. Most places would’ve just gone ahead anyway and charged me for something I didn’t need, so I really appreciated the honesty. They fixed the service sticker at no charge and everyone was so nice to deal with. Really impressed and will happily return when service is required!
