I am an anaesthetist and newborn mum. I needed to see a paediatrician for my newborn and could never get through. I sent multiple emails with my referral and no response. Very very poor assistance and dangerous for not being contactable
Don’t not recommend this practice, we have tried to gain help and advice from this company with poor communication no call backs even after calling them 3 times for results, our daughter just cry’s all the time and as parents are out our wits ended. I recommend seeking support elsewhere not this company. My partner has rang telling you she isn’t coping and needs help only to be told doctor will get back to you then nothing !!! Very disappointing!!!
Dr Andy Lovett & the team are excellent. They have been amazing with helping my young child & he is a top paediatric doctor.
