Staff very rude and had a bad experience with a female echo technician not covering me up with a gown while doing the procedure. Was told not to put a gown on but just to hold it up against body. Was lying on the bed naked from waist up all the while had my hands covering my nipp***. when made a complaint to management they dismissed it. Will not be going here again. This happened on 19 January 2026
As a pensioner I have been attending this centre for 15years+ had 2. Pacemakers all bulk billing .Now under a different doctor they are charging for all treatment and checks on Pacemaker. If you want bulk billing you have to go down to Bendigo. What is happening to looking after the pensioners. ( Echuca )
Very rude and over priced do not attend this clinic, go to Bendigo it's free there as they bulk bill in Bendigo.
