So helpful the team there are always willing to go above and beyond....
Whilst travelling our 12yr old dog experienced chronic diarrhoea and vomiting. So grateful to be seen quickly by kind, thorough and respectful vet. All diagnostics done within an hr and meds in hand.. 8 hrs later he’s improving- we’re very grateful to both Ryan and Leanne
We are on the road from Adelaide. Our vet was very compassionate and caring. Had our Jack Russell Max and us at heart. She asked lots of questions, gave us options each with involved risks and safety levels, gave us lots of information and detailed instructions. We could not have wished for a better service. Extremely rude and expensive. Me and my partner have had multiple horror experiences here including verbal abuse from the staff. More interested in emptying out my wallet than the best interest of my pet and they neglected and lied to me about other options.
