Very poor coordination of care, poor communication and overpriced. Noone there seems to accept responsibility for mistakes that are made.

The people here have been great. They recommend some extra stuff, but if your pet is sick they really work with you and keep you updated. Keep in mind though, Vets are just Doctors, not miracle workers.

This place is terrible. I spent over $5k because they misdiagnosed my pet and made me think he was dying. They flat out refused to take any responsibility. Avoid this place. Their vets don’t know what they’re doing. I came in last December after my dog had a prolonged seizing episode that lasted at least five minutes. His whole body was freaking out and I took him here because I needed an emergency vet. First thing they tell me is that he has a murmur and that seizures look like syncope and that they needed him overnight to ... read more

I have used Central vet associates twice in the past for urgent matters with my dog . They are no longer an Animal hospital but I was able to get a regular same day sick appt for my dog today. Both the assistant and DR (Dr Torres) were very nice, patient and straight to the point, they had my dogs history on file already which was helpful. As far as pricing , the price was a little under $200 cheaper than when they were an Animal hospital which helps.
