New place, good services but high prices
I love my Volkswagen and I've always serviced it at a dealership. However, this is my second time at this dealership and I've been disappointed both times. The first appointment was for a battery change. My appointment was for 1pm. When I arrived they told me everyone had just left for lunch. After waiting 21/2 hours I finally went up and asked about my car. They told me it was done. Why did no one come get me in their lobby where they told me to wait? Today is just an oil change.
