Very good service, im so happy with the service
Very poor service due to a lot of documentation they want before you even get an appointment with them as if need to be in there lead to get a child evaluation takes one a parent concert right? My son is already on med and I been trying to get him evaluated for 3 years but they just send me to voicemail or no follow ups to manage your case. And they want everyone to evaluate before they do ( I thought your the Autism specialist why do you want others to do your job? I had to write because of all of these negative reviews might make a special needs person miss opportunities. I have two adult children who have been regional center clients for the majority of their lives. My longest worker followed my kids for 20 years. She advocated right along side me for my children and showed up at every iep. My 26 year old attended the creative center and now is in a program called gam gen which is funded by the regional center. Simona is the worst case manager. If you get Simona assinged to you, request someone else. She is useless.
