My OB, Dr. Ana Pascual, was incredibly considerate, professional, and reassuring throughout my pregnancy journey. Thanks to her care and guidance, I was able to reach full term and was blessed with a healthy, beautiful baby. I also saw Dr. Dhami and Dr. Hillard, who are both amazing physicians that truly care about their patients. Long waits, like hours waiting just to see a provider who is in a rush. Then the after hours aren’t helpful. Always on hold or answers unanswered
It was fine, until my follow up. Dr. Morales was not very helpful. Dr. Dhami is the best.
I went to this OBGYN to have an ovarian cyst removed and to be sterilized with a tubal ligation at the same time. The front office called to schedule my surgery for the complete removal of my ovaries. I was STUNNED! I had to explain “I do NOT want that! I wanted a tubal ligation!” The staff member informed me they don’t offer that procedure, just complete removal. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! If you want your husband/boyfriend to be apart of your pregnancy or be able to attend appointments you will have to go somewhere else. I asked why the father of my baby is not allowed even to an ultrasound and the excuse was “the waiting room gets too full” My insurance approved a female provider for me, who I never got to see.
