I went to this OBGYN to have an ovarian cyst removed and to be sterilized with a tubal ligation at the same time. The front office called to schedule my surgery for the complete removal of my ovaries. I was STUNNED! I had to explain “I do NOT want that! I wanted a tubal ligation!” The staff member informed me they don’t offer that procedure, just complete removal. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! If you want your husband/boyfriend to be apart of your pregnancy or be able to attend appointments you will have to go somewhere else. I asked why the father of my baby is not allowed even to an ultrasound and the excuse was “the waiting room gets too full” My insurance approved a female provider for me, who I never got to see. I made the biggest mistake of this first pregnancy by switching to this OB place. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Morales has no care in the world about the pain I have been going through. Even told him about me slipping in the shower, he told me to go to my primary. Like what the heck is he here for then.

Wish that I could give this place a lower rating. I've called 3 times trying to schedule an appointment. Finally was told due to a no show from my last pregnancy they wouldn't see me. Unprofessional and a complete waste of everyone's time

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this OBGYN office. I found the care from the physicians to be judgmental rather than supportive, which made it difficult to feel comfortable asking questions or being open about concerns. Communication was another major issue: reaching the office via phone was frustrating, and messages through mychart frequently went unanswered or were met with curt responses.
