Nice, new, modern hospital. My wife gave birth here and the staff were very nice and helpful. I do wish the labor and delivery staff communicated with us more and checked in on us to see what we needed more often. Many times when I would leave our room it seemed they were there just hanging out, scrolling their phones, or just casually chatting with each other instead of actively being nurses to assist the patient.
CVMC is a great facility. I had a good experience with every staff member that I came in contact with. I had my knee replaced by Dr Karrasch and his surgical team. I would recommend him to anyone.
I went to CVMC in Nephi, Utah when my conditions worsened only to have the ER staff not take what I was saying seriously. They triggered my suicidal ideation! Sunday February 22, 2026 the ER staff in Nephi treated me like I was the problem. I had an allergic reaction, and was in the CVMC ER 2 days in a row. Saturday the staff and doctor were professional but Sunday was different right from the start. Some of the worst experiences I've had with doctors ever.. used as a pin cushion every single time.. request tests that don't even get done. Dismissive doctors.. I'm still suffering from something I went to the emergency that was misdiagnosed a week ago.. even though I asked for that test specifically.. was told they had enough blood to run it. Absolutely loved Dr. Karrasch and his staff! His bedside manners are outstanding! He listened to me and answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed. He preformed a total knee replacement just a little over 2 weeks on me and I'm healing up amazingly well. His office staff and nurses are also amazingly Fantastic! Everyone was so kind and caring and had great sense of humor, Which put me at ease! All the surgical staff explained everything that was being done prior to surgery as well as after surgery.
