Emanuel coincidentally happen to be at Panda Express strip in Tulare as I was taking care of some issue on the property. One of the issues was to provide new sets of keys to tenants. I asked Emanuel there on the spot if he could be of service to make copies and he did not hesitate to help. I will definitely use Central Valley Lock and Safe in the future.
