After reading the reviews, I was reluctant to go to the office. I saw Francis the Nurse Practioner. He is AMAZING! I did not feel rushed, he answered all of my questions, he was very patient with me. The staff was amazing and friendly.
The staff is very professional and the NP I saw was Frances. He was super helpful and honest. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and prescriptions. Would definitely recommend 10/10.
*I will edit this as my treatment continues. March 27th I had my first appointment and waited 1 hour 10 minutes to be seen- no heads up, explanation, or attempt at an apology. Not bad but also not a great impression from the doc I saw, it was a quick visit and he gave me my paperwork for labs and I got an ultrasound while I was there. March 30th the doctor (not the one I saw on the 27th) called me with the results and said I needed a biopsy.
