I’ve had a lot of problems since coming to this clinic as a patient. The office workers are either understaffed or just have no sense of urgency. Every time I’ve needed a prescription filled it’s always delayed or there’s always an issue with the office not sending prior authorizations to insurance in a timely manner, even if its medications I’ve been on throughout the entirety of my time as a patient there. One of the worst places to go won't call back late on labs prescription very hard to refill if you have diabetes don't go there

Been going to this clinic for months now and the service is just awful. The front desk ladies don’t seem to return any phone calls. Good luck trying to get a prior authorization. It took me months to get any medication. Doctors are extremely hard to reach. The only reason I continue to go here is because the NP Rebecca is lovely and caring. Other than that I’d suggest going elsewhere.
