Sulcata Tortoise Specialist. Dr Baugher and the staff at Central Valley Animal Hospital were wonderful with our very rambunctious Sulcata tortoise that was acting out of the ordinary. Dr Baugher was very knowledgeable and patient. She and her staff knew how to handle him properly, I am glad to have found a place that can care for him that is close to home.
