VCA was formerly there a year ago with same name, You will find the new owners very professional,and capable. Their motto is "Qualaity, AFFORDABLE, modern medicine delivered with old- fashioned TLC" I found this to be very true and I went there to get a second opinion from my 20 yr vets prognosis and have decided to change Waters to my new vet clinic....
