First off this company had great reviews so I expected great service. Sadly, that's not how it goes. After this company installed AC units and made some "upgrades", everything fell apart. I found that HUGE bubble walking back into my room. Then after the handyman came to inspect, they found it was due to the NEW pipe that was installed INCORRECTLY. Within a month of a $13k + AC installation my tenant started to notice water bubbling up in the ceiling. I contacted Central Valley to come out and fix it. They sent someone who attempted to work on it but failed to rectify the issue. The water damage got worse and the damage spread to the walls and flooring. They came out again and fixed the issue, which then began a very long process to fix those damages.
