Mike has helped me understand the vacuum system and does very professional work for a one man business. He knows what’s he talking about highly recommended this company
Mike Sterling installed a Russound whole-house sound system in our new home 2021Q4. He has yet to schedule a time to train us on operating the system as promised; left us no owner's manuals or other reference materials; does not respond to texts or answer his phone; fails to show up when he says he will; etc. We have been attempting for months to get him to stop by...to no avail. We had Mike install our central vac and intercom system 9 years ago. With anything you will have some issues come up and MIke either took care of it himself or he coached me through the simple fixes. I had a great experience.
