Shane of Central Vac Unlimited in Roanoke is the Best! I thought I would have to buy a new unit when my 20yr old central vac stopped working. Shane was able to diagnose potential issues over the phone so that he would be prepared when he came to the house. He drove all the way to Newport, arrived early and got my system running in no time. I can't say enough good things about Shane and Central Vacs Unlimited! He is an honest, humble, hardworking man that has the main goal of pleasing the customer. He retro-fitted our 1880 house to include central vac (not an easy task and he did it seamlessly!) and installed it in our new construction addition as well. We ran into Shawn at a home show and he was great to talk to, not the slick salesman type, but was only interested in giving us facts about central vacs.
