My transmission went out back in May. Was told to go here. Took my car in and it took a week for them to confirm my transmission was done for. They said I can either get a used or new one, due to financial reasons I of course chose the used one ending up financing it anyways since it was about $5k. I didnt get my car back until two months later!!!! Kept asking about updates on my car and the first time apparently the computer in my car didnt support the transmission they ordered?
