Installed new heat pump and handler earlier this year. I found them friendly, competent and honest. Would recommend. It was nice to be able to deal with the owner directly Adam Wood.

We were very happy with the work and the customer service. The crew left everything in perfect condition, met all deadlines, and showed great care. Great people. Great service. I've known this family for a long time as active contributors to their community and highly recommend this company. Customer service may lack elsewhere but not here where my emergency need is treated as their own. Use them on your next project and you will not be disappointed.

SOMEHOW a bird got into my A/C and let's just say it didn't end well for the bird with the fan going. I called after 5 pm, and he was here the next morning before he said he would be here. They quickly got rid of the .. mess.. and inspected it for damage and were on their way. All for a reasonable price, which is important to me. Super friendly, punctual, and great customer service. Definitely recommend them if you need service on your HVAC!

A big THANK YOU to Central VA Comfort and their team for fast, friendly, and efficient service. After running into a damaged freon line on a job site during the mid-spring heat, their crew came out within hours to conduct a repair. David, Zach, & Mike were extremely professional, informative, and friendly and made sure the issue was resolved completely. They arrived in a more than timely fashion, and we are very grateful to have contacted such a great crew to get the job done. Thanks Central VA Comfort!
