These guys are very difficult to get a hold of. I've called about 8 times now trying to get ahold of a specific worker. They have not answered during work hours a few times, then when they have answered and I asked for the worker they were not available, I was told when they would be available and that I could leave a voice mail. I have left 3 voicemails and received no call back. I've called back when they were supposed to be available and the worker was not in office
It seems all government employees are slow why not though huh
