Incompetent people, back dated policy to 12/31/1899 deducted payment before policy effective date and sent no correspondence about policy
I HATE this place. They are lying, scamming, & playing games with people time and emotions. Giving me and my siblings the run around behind our deceased fathers money. I've contacted my attorney and Houston's local news stations to expose them. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANYTHING ATTACHED TO IT!!!
Wouldn't refund a poor old womans money that she has been paying them for years while having health insurance with Medicaid at the same time as paying them and never used their service not to mention she has dementia and didn't realize she was paying them 50 a month!!! horrible people for taking advantage of old people
They are the worse company for health insurance. They don’t pay for anything and deny all the claims. They are just good on getting the premium every month.
9/21/25> Will bump rating from 1 to 3 since last two calls have improved a lot. If the first call hadn't been so bad the last two would have averaged 5 star. (re first call review of 1 star: "Inquired when my claims check would be sent. Rep said it already had been processed and sent out by mail and to expect it within 30 days. When asked why thirty days he said, "things happen." Asked to speak to manager and he said he couldn't do that: "You can hang up and call back though.")
