These are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They have no idea about customer service and they don't care. Kirk is very nice, though.
Rude. First they let you wait in the heat, then they let you wait forever in a waiting room that has a very loud TV. They have no respect for their customers. Kirk was very nice, so I increased it from 1 star for the rest. Changing it back to one star because they did not send us the information they promised and then when I called they were extremely rude to me. This is really the rudest office I've ever had to deal with.

UPDATE #1 I received a call on Monday from the Tech. He told me I need to measure my legs so they could order the right sizes in shrinkers... WHAT???!!! I told Kirk that I do not have the tools to measure my legs, so they scheduled an appointment on Januart 27th.... Yes, I have asked for the manager. I was told he was out of the and would return on Monday. But when they called on Monday and I asked to speak with him, I then told he would return to the office on Wednesday!!! Lies all lies..
