This was one of the worst freight billing experiences I’ve had. Central Transport added charges that were never authorized or explained, refused to provide supporting documentation, and then threatened to salvage (dispose of/sell) my shipment if I didn’t pay immediately — while the charges were actively disputed. Sebastian was absolutely no help and neither were the management team. Using a customer’s freight as leverage to force payment is not professional or ethical service. The company is garbage and there drivers are terrible at there job avoid at all cost !!!
While I couldn't contact the dispatcher directly for delivery confirmation time, they did read the messages sent and everything worked proficiently.Ty
