zero communication for delivery the Ft Wayne terminal doesn’t even have a phone number to call the drivers don’t answer their phones and when you call you get sent to a phone number in Michigan and no one answers that one either
Scheduled a pickup request online a day prior to pick up. Received a confirmation email with a pickup number. Driver arrived day of and only showed pickups for 2 locations scheduled by our customers. Refused to take the orders we had scheduled even though we had a pickup number and confirmation email. Called dispatch and they could not find the pickup in the system. Have picked up freight here 3 times. Each time they helped open the boxes and load into my SUV. Happy so far.
Picked up a load we had, not called by myself or the other company. Held our inventory because "neither of us had an account".. got a huge bill for something we didn't approve. Very confused on this whole situation with no explanation.
