Scheduled a pickup request online a day prior to pick up. Received a confirmation email with a pickup number. Driver arrived day of and only showed pickups for 2 locations scheduled by our customers. Refused to take the orders we had scheduled even though we had a pickup number and confirmation email. Called dispatch and they could not find the pickup in the system. Have picked up freight here 3 times. Each time they helped open the boxes and load into my SUV. Happy so far.
Picked up a load we had, not called by myself or the other company. Held our inventory because "neither of us had an account".. got a huge bill for something we didn't approve. Very confused on this whole situation with no explanation.
I have never worked there or ordered from them. My review stems from how awful it is that they won’t hire you if you’ve had more than one DUI in a lifetime. For example, whatever I was going through 25 to 30 years ago should not reflect on who I am now. I have never done drugs and I am a Christian who believes in Jesus Christ but something that I did 30 years ago, apparently says I cannot be employed by them, my driving record is spotless now
Terrible customer service. Driver was very rude. When we loaded a pallet incorrectly, he refused to let us fix it before he left stating that he didn't have time to wait (knowing it was incorrect). Then, when I called their customer service (no local # or contact), the customer service rep refused to do anything to correct the shipment, wouldn't have the driver return, and refused to stop the shipment at the local terminal, instead insisting that shipping it incorrectly was their only option.
