It was a bit confusing where to go exactly to pick up my merchandise. However, employees on the yard helped me navigate to exact pick up location. I went into office and Adam was assisting a driver. He saw me come in and did say he would be with me momentarily. He then assisted me with my pick up order. Adam was very polite, nice and easy to deal with.
