Would love to give this company zero stars if possible. I have never had to deal with a more incompetently run organization like Central Transport. No one answers phones, emails never get followed up on, and timelines constantly change for delivery. You would think a shipping company could figure out those basics, but I guess good service is hard. I ordered through Home Depot and this is the delivery service that they used. I am disappointed. The communication of the driver was fine however, he did not know how to back up very well and had to go into my grass area even though I have a wide U-shaped driveway that was made for semi trucks. I asked him to put the pallets next to a vehicle I had parked in the driveway and the five pallets were put haphazardly and not organized in way making it difficult to get my vehicle out of the driveway and get any other vehicles in t... read more
Unprofessional and completely not knowledge about LTL
Terrible customer service poor attitude from there driver that made delivery also resulted in property damage after 4 days still no call back and receiving the run around on getting a call back strongly recommended a different company
