Terrible customer service poor attitude from there driver that made delivery also resulted in property damage after 4 days still no call back and receiving the run around on getting a call back strongly recommended a different company
Going under renovations to help bring the look to a more modern environment. Worked with the company for 14 years now, it has its ups and it's downs. All the LTL companies are basically the same in how everyone is treated. Wages differ a each place, Central is right in the middle IMO.
Company has no idea how to estimate the actual time of arrival. Given an ETA of 04 October: get an update on the afternoon of the 4th with a new ETA of the 10th. On the 8th, ETA changes to the 11th. On the 10th, call to confirm the delivery date, told it will be delivered to the destination terminal on the morning of the 11th. At 12:07 AM on the 11th, the ETA changes again to the 14th.
