This place sucks… you can call and call they do not answer… we bought an AC unit that failed within 30 days… that’s a long ways from the 2 year warranty… they said they needed info off the unit which we got for them and since have not heard from them… they said they needed the info for Coleman so they could follow the proper channels for replacing the unit… that was 3-4 weeks ago… phone goes straight to voicemail… DO NOT recommend doing business with them… we will continue to reach out and leave voicemails until something is... read more

Their customer service over the phone is horrible. Unfortunately, I do not remember the person's name but if they don't want to look for a part, you are put on hold till you hang up.
