Limited to No, response after ordering a new Central Tool Gauge! I have been in business with AMES for 35+ years and I’m sad to see no help for an American Brand Name in a global economy after the merger with Central Tools. My Guess buy a different brand or deal with Central Tools 5 star products, as for AMES The Gauges are no longer made in Massachusetts. I hope they at least keep production in the US.

Excellent service. I had an old tool that was missing some parts. To my surprise they not only had the parts but they sent them to me quickly. I figured they would have made me buy something new, its good to see people who still support what they sell.
