Don't normally visit CTH, but booked in an emergency. The massage therapist I saw left me feeling really uncomfortable, and I didn't feel listened to during our session. I went in for neck pain symptoms that needed immediate nursing/releasing, but instead we went through a "diagnosis" process that took half the session time. I love the staff, they are always friendly and always make me feel better. I usually attend once a month for general health maintenance.
Bec, Shane and the team are like extensions of our family. They care about the health and well-being of their clients, are straightforward with advice and recommendations, incredibly helpful with products and supplements without ever being pushy. They have a great sense of humour and are really effective in their treatments. I cannot recommend Bec enough!
