The staff is very nice! Not sure if this is where one should go with hearing loss, tinnitus and BPV with triggers identified for them, though. The provider did not look in my ears, so the wax in both examined and charted by the audiologist prior to seeing the ENT provider, remain in my ears (I have tympanic tube in one ear with some discomfort/pain, which prompted the referral in 1st place). Dr. Mattern is UNPROFESSIONAL. He was very horrible towards my autistic son.
Dr. Richards was great. The staff was polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place. I've got to come back in a few weeks. Definitely rate 5⭐
