This practice doesn’t care about its patients. I’ve been coming here three years with issues that have only gotten worse and I am dismissed every single time. They do not care to investigate and make you feel stupid when you push for it. I believe that Richards only takes men seriously and writes off women’s pain.
The staff is very nice! Not sure if this is where one should go with hearing loss, tinnitus and BPV with triggers identified for them, though. The provider did not look in my ears, so the wax in both examined and charted by the audiologist prior to seeing the ENT provider, remain in my ears (I have tympanic tube in one ear with some discomfort/pain, which prompted the referral in 1st place). Dr. Mattern is UNPROFESSIONAL. He was very horrible towards my autistic son.
