This visit was for a regular tire rotation. Service was by appointment and didn't take more than 30 minutes. Service desk employees are friendly and efficient. We have our vehicle tire service here and have always been treated fairly. Prices are reasonable. 6-26-2026 arrived for appointment for new tires and wheel alignment. Customer service was not great. They did a great job doing the alignment on my Silverado. They scheduled, started, and completed in a timely manner.
I was traveling overnight and picked up a nail in my tire. Stayed at a hotel nearby and went to the garage as soon as they opened. I didn’t have an appt but they were able to get me in quickly and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. Very happy with the service they provided!
