From the guys ( & gal) at the desk to the mechanic, I was very pleased with the repair. The alignment mechanic found the real problem & got to the root of it. I was mislead at another shop.
It was early in the morning and I was just beginning a cross country trip when I discovered a nail in my tire. I got to Rice as soon as they opened begging for help. They for me in and got me on the road in record time. I was SO appreciative!!!
Was recommended to Rice tire for a 3 axle alignment on my W900 Kenworth. Frank done a fantastic job. Drives like a dream now. Thanks Mr Frank..🫡
