I would like to start off by saying that this place is awesome they are very friendly when you walk through the door and welcome you right in, very nice clean organized facility and the technician Frank that does the front and rear alignments is Barry good at what he does, Frank was slammed with lots of other alignments and told me to bring my 05 Chevrolet Silverado 3500hd in for a front end alignment after I replaced everything on the front of the truck that he would work it through his lunch break which you do not get from... read more
As a business owner, I value reliability and punctuality. I called Rice Tire Friday morning to set an appointment to replace a tire on one of my machines. They said they would do it first thing Monday morning. My machine was dropped off Sunday night. Monday morning, I went to pick up my machine only to be told they couldn't get to it until the next day. This place caused me to be late to a job, falling through on a promise I made to a customer.
