My husband booked with a counsellor on a Monday for a Wednesday appointment. Got all the courage to go, made it 10 min early to find no one. No one answered the door, no one answered the phone, no one’s called him nor emailed him back either. This experience has been horrible for my husband who I was finally able to convince to be vulnerable to a stranger to now be stood up with no explanation or response. Shame. On. You.
