I'd like to give a huge thanks to Dr Singh. She did a fantastic job on both my eyes for cataract surgery. Her assistant Dora Rios is wonderful as well. The level of care I received is top shelf.
My husband was seen by the emergency room then inpatient for medical needs. He was there a week to have some tests. All the staff were professional, kind and understanding. The tests were completed quickly and results communicated in a way we could understand. Follow up care was scheduled expeditiously. Overall, our experience with this VA was excellent.
Worse VA hospital and satellite CBOCs. Especially Cedar Park. The doctor does not even try to tell me what's wrong. Only nothing we can do right now. The doctors are a joke they don't even answer their phones to make appointments or give advice. They absolutely are the worse Central Texas i feel for you. I'm going back to South Texas VA at Audie Murphy in San Antonio. At least they're the doctors seems to care and they answer their phones.
Yes sometimes you do have to wait, but they have always taken care of me. Most of the staff are great. You run into some bad attitudes every where and even in the private sector. If someone doesn't like it go pay the exuberant prices for a private doctor. We are lucky to have this place.
