Apparently there are not records on your NEW FILING SYSTEM of my prior visits. If there is a new filing system, it should be updated prior to my visit! It is very irritating to have to fill out more paperwork that was not my fault in creating. Mr Salazar was very nice about it, but if I am to, Reconstruct your paperwork each time, I may pursue other options.
