Horrible service and communication. I would never use them ever again. Post surgery care was NOT explained and the surgery much worse than they had told me. I was lied to about the cost too, but the pain and suffering after surgery was not acceptable. Complaining does nothing so I hope you read this first.
I went there after having a gun go off in an enclosed space damaging my left ear. I had a hearing test done and then saw Dr. Salzer. He examined my left ear and said it was fine. But I kept hearing static in the left ear and I finally went to Scott & White where I had another hearing test which was much different and much worse. This was 4 months after the first test and should have been somewhat better. Unfortunately, after 4 months, there is not much that can be done. I wish I had gone to Scott & White first.
I’ll do 0 stars if allowed. Don’t go anywhere near this place. I scheduled an appointment at their Bastrop location in December 2024. We were there for 5 min to be told right away by the AP that we needed a Skin pick allergy testing done and gave us paperwork for it, they told me I would be getting a call to schedule the test within 2 weeks and the call never came.
